How to qualify


Willingness to Learn about Google API

  • Clear Project Goal: The owner must be ready to grow their channel. (e.g., automating uploads, managing comments).
  • Want to learn more about SEO:The partner must be open to learning terms like “API,” “authentication,” and “data privacy.”
  • Excited about Collaboration: Partners will be given access to a link, so the team (Rick and partner) can google meta data.
  • Note: This is not a Google API course: Partners will be shown their channel’s data for free. The partner will not be given a course in Google API. The partner’s job is to continue doing what they go best — building their channel.

How to Qualify

To ensure a channel is established and serious, Rick is looking for creators who have met or are close to meeting the full YouTube Partner Program requirements.

  • Subscribers: At least 1,000+ subscribers.
  • Video Count: A consistent history with at least 30+ public videos.
  • Channel’s Age: Channel should be at least 6 months old.
  • Proof of Ownership: The potential partner must verify that they are the legitimate owner of the channel or have full admin access.
    Note: Any breach of this will mean immediate termination of the partnership.
  • Monetization Criteria: The channel should have either:
    • 4,000+ public watch hours in the last 12 months.
    • OR 10 million+ public Shorts views in the last 90 days.

  • If you do not qualify: You are welcome to book a call, and the fee is $10 US. Calls usually take 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Effective Communication: Some channels are still trying to find their niche market. The partner must be open to making changes to their content after talks with Rick and viewing the OAuth API data.
  • Realistic Expectations: The owner should have a clear understanding of their business plan’s scope for their channel, including timeline, and budget.
